This is the only moose I've seen so far (and enjoyed very much) since moving to NLFD.For those on the road a lot, they've got the Moose Watch app. Hitting a moose on the road is serious business; they weigh a lot more than a deer and knocking those spindly legs out with your bumper pretty much ensures they'll be coming through your windshield. People on Twitter use the hashtag #moosenl when they see one on the roads/TCH; makes me chuckle whenever I see it as it reminds me of Brian Regan and his bit about not knowing how to spell/do plurals.
